Yup,I knew that title might cause some hearts to skip a few beats. I ordered my lefty 4001 in late 1979 as I recall- If I waited a little longer, I could have and would have ordered a lefty 4002 although I wonder how different those humbuckers sound.
No, I don't know where Costello is.

I found one listed in a Scotish online classified a few years ago. There is definitely at least one.
