You can't fly a B52 with one hand stuffed in your coat.

Who's to say Wellington didn't have said penguin? This would be a great untold story to see featured on the History Channel (if they ever run out of Nazi blooper reels).

WHAT IF the '61 Beatles had played through decent amps?

WHAT IF Brian Epstein hadn't come along?

WHAT IF John dumped Cynthia after his affair with Jane Mansfield during the '64 North American Tour?

WHAT IF Wellington's thirty-foot-tall electronic penguin was a eunuch?

Not sure about the first three questions, but as for the last one - if it was a eunuch, then there for sure wouln't be any more electronic penguins around.

All these questions, and many more, are answered in the book "Liverpool Fantasy", as I've mentioned before.

Jay, celibacy is hereditary. Ask any Catholic bishop.

The B52s, Beef Wellington and Napoleon pastry?

So lets see corny music (or a military aircraft), protein and pastry. Hey it's the Battle of Waterloo. The B52 though was Danes idea.

PS: I can't find a single "Monty Python 'Scott of the Antarctic Giant Electric Robotic Penguin with Green Tentacles'" sketch screen shots ANYWHERE.

Dane, please get to work on that.

Ahh, "Waterloo Sunset" comes to mind. Both the song and the short film.

British train stations hold a certain fascination for me. When I am in Brighton, I never fail to stop at the Toy Museum and then walk to the Station.
