That must be the new 2006 model with the new TRC design. Too bad they stopped making the shark tooth inlays. Kept the binding. ;-) It will be gone by 5PM PST.

Yes, but because MacCartney had to keep turning the bass upside down to play it, parts kept falling off:

Was it a copy? It looked pretty close was it an ibanez lawsuit one? I know the nameplate was jacked but besides that?

The telling point was the bound body, but fingerboard with only dot position markers. Rick didn't have any production models that weren't fretless that way.

The bridge routs were the wrong shape as well.

I should correct myself: The Shadow and the Lemmy have bound bodies without the sharkfin position markers. But, there's no mistaking them.
