All quite true, Sheena. But 95% of eBay business in this sort of stuff is not done with power sellers nor with newbies. It's between folks who, like me, have a hundred or two feedbacks.

The Emp probably loves the attention, but how else you gonna keep the wall of caution from crumbling than through discussion and "sharing"?

Well said Paul. I totally agree.

Agreed, Paul... oh well... yes, some guys just know how to get what they love, n'est-ce pas? Reminds me of a young lady, my daughter's classmate: she wants all the toys she doesn't have, and when she cannot get them, she starts crying and complaining loud: "that's because you don't like me, that's because you're greedy". That's like, "you know, it's easier to give her what she wants than to explain why you cannot do it."

Speaking in Freudian terms, the Emp must have had a doozy of a childhood.

Now, why did I open up THAT jukebox?

If we're going to dig that deep, Paul, we should probably find out if he has any siblings and whether his parents' marriage was successful or not...
Personally, i wouldn't go that far...

Me neither. Too much energy expended to no one's benefit.

Was he the guy who replicated those Gibson Pete Townshend Les Pauls. They were rigged like the Townshend and I think they had the numbers on them. I can't remember. He was selling them for $2500.00

I'm still wondering what could have been there, in his e-mails, that made so many people hate him so much?..

It's the other way around Sheena. The comments that are contained in his various e-mails to forum members demonstrate how much he hates certain race groups. If I may speak for us. We don't hate him as such. We despise his bigotry.

Sheena, would you like me to send you copies of his e-ms to me? I've saved them in case eBay wants them.

Okay... now i know what you are talkin' about...
Yes, Brian, i agree, i shouldn't have used the word "hate" in this context. As Mousie's Dad always says, "hatred is a strong feeling, one has to be a very strong person to deserve it"...
Oh well... i stop here.

Some hate mail from the Emperor? My condolences, Sheena...

No, Paul - thankfully. It wasn't his mail to me, it was a forwarded email addressed to a Ric collector - i bet you know what am i talkin' about...
BTW, i've just studied some psychology works on the Web - i'm afraid "sociopathy" is not what we deal with here...
