Talk like a pirate

Post by tony_carey »

I remember a thread last year devoted to this. Does any one know the date of 'talk like a pirate day'?....I'd hate to miss it!
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

This is a sore point with me...Melibee will recall why.

It was on a used 1992 Rickenbacker 12 string model that I bought a few years ago. I don't know if it is a factory item or a custom job but I have never seen another one like it. I replaced it with a standard chrome R before I sold the guitar. I have been saving it for something special.
