NHL Playoffs

I've been a Wings fan since I moved to Detroit in 1983. Started out a Leaf fan because my dad was. At the time, I loved going to games, you could walk up to the window on game night and the person in the booth would say, "Sure, where do you wanna sit?"
They also gave away a Jeep every game to try and draw crowds. That was Stevie Y's first year. So, a front-runner I am not, they just happened to get good.

Unbeliveable! Same thing happened to Detroit in '94, they were the best team in the West and got eliminated first round by the #8 Sharks.

No Steve I am out West in BC, but when our Canucks hit the golf course in April per usual, my eldest son I always root for the Wings.

Stevie Y is from out here. He is one great hockey player and a perfect ambassador for the game.

I'd love to see San Jose make a run deep into the playoffs. As a friend of mine used to chat (when the only thing worth watching on San Jose was Stu "The Grim Reaper" Grimson),:
