In the same sense that pigeon droppings could be considered "creative", I guess.

Ack, ack.

Paul W has posted about the charming design naivete of certain guitar manufacturers "back in the day."

I'd like to comment on the mechanical engineering naivete of the guy who designed that headstock. The strings make a near-90 degree turn to get from the nut to the tuning post, which means lots of broken strings and a high degree of difficulty in getting and keeping the strings in tune.

In other words, it's a piece of ****.
Listen to that sustain!

Headstock looks like a joke to me (or a Photoshop work?) The rest is more or less okay, in my view...

You beat me to it Alan. Exactly so. Aesthetics (lack of IMO) aside, it would not appear functionally stable or reliable.

More or less OK? It's a Strat knockoff with a scaled-down Strat body for a headstock. Real original.

I mean, if we forget about the headstock, the rest does look like a guitar, anyway...Image

That's just a bad idea!
It is very tough to come up with a classic original design for anything, but one should at least try.

Bleccccchhhh....that one needs more than a spanking (since it looks kind of like a Strat).... It needs to be put out of its misery!

I'm afraid it suffered enough... in any case, that's not its fault, so i'm not sure the one who needs to be spanked is this guitar...
