I'm not 100% but that looks like a "Squier" logo on the headstock!

It sure does. Although the Squier series aren't that bad. I've owned a Squier Jazz bass in the past. It was a pretty good player, and the neck was made well. Just 'ain't a Rick!!!!
What d'ya mean... the bass is TOO loud!

He's also selling his ex-girlfriends jewellery. Hmmm. Seems like he does not realise that when you give someone a gift that it is theirs...not his.

I would give this seller a wide berth. BTW I agree the logo on that bass does look like a Squier logo.

Brian, with all respect due to you... if he's really searching for money to help his grandparents, i wouldn't blame him for that action...

I agree with you Sheena. How do we really know the situation he's in.

There are too many clues that suggest that the seller is not totally forthright IMO. But as they say, each to their own.

I dunno. I cannot say whether the guy's nice (trustworthy) or not, judging by his auction description only and alone. On the other hand, personally, i wouldn't even consider buying that kind of jewellery. I'm a bit superstitious, and IMHO, it has bad karma (and i don't like rubies & diamonds, after allImage).
