Glenn: not yet. No worries.

Paul: I freehand them, after marking the cuts with tape. I use tape because it can be repositioned any number of times. If I drew pencil lines, I'd be erasing everytime I wanted to change one a bit.

Old car designer/woodworker/modelmaker trick.

I'd never know the soundhole wasn't there from the factory.
I also didn't know that this model only has one truss rod.
It will be cool to watch the process unfold again. It never ceases to amaze.

Mind you, it still needs color sanding, buffing and assembly. But there are still a couple of surprises left before this one is finished!

Meanwhile, Len Hruszowy's '57 Combo 400 nears completion. It lacks only a piece of wire added to the harness, and I can button it up. Here it is after the finish was buffed out, and with its new gold Alodined pickguard:

Finally, here's a personal project I'm restoring, assembling and detailing: an unfinished 730L that John Hall sent me in pieces, to "have some fun with" (in his words). It has been fun.

This one needed a neck set, fretboard work and finishing and still needs much paintwork.

All three are planned for completion in the next few days.

Then I have a 615 to finish for Jwilli and a two Rick basses and a Union Jack 340/12 are also coming up. Pictures soon.

That 325 is going to make somebody really, really happy! INCREDIBLE!!!! That color is absolutely amazing!

I believe "Turquoiseglo" or "Aquaglo" would be better.

Looks like Melissa was right about the color two days ago!

It's a specially-mixed Turquoise dye. Again, the pictures don't really capture the vibrant nature of this color--I believe it's the fluorescent lights in the booth that tone it down. In daylight it virtually sings!
