Just happened to see this in the newspaper this morning!

The only time a bass player gets noticed is when he stops playing.

Cool.
I also get to see Roger again (and Jorma) in exactly eight days.
{But who's counting.}

I know he travels by motorhome, so when's he getting out to SoCal?

He was just out West somewhere (yes, driving). I thought it was California. Don't remember if north or south, though.

Here's portion of Fur Peace flyer (low res of course):

I knew someone would catch that.
Sorry, I just should have white'd it out or something.
NOTE: I didn't design the flyer.
There was not enough room to say "two former rock and roll hall of famers." So, it got shortened down. Not the way you or I would probably do it but that's the way it goes.
[Don't forget, I'm friends with people at the Ranch. Don't get me in trouble.]
Hey, maybe it will be worth a lot of money someday. Like my Woodstock tickets. (Ha!)

I saw Roger open for Steve Winwood in 1990 or 91. He was fantastic. Too bad i couldn't leave after his act because Winwood was very subpar.

When he was in Buffalo, NY last year, he was in a van.

Roger played in April at a winery on the San Francisco Peninsula (just a few doors away from Neil Young's ranch).

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend.
