Jerry,

Their is no better hobby than reviewing the "recently shipped" list and trying to determine how long your "C" Series instrument will be.

Let's see it's 9am est. I'm sitting at my desk in my office. Checking the Ric site recently shipped(it's 6am in Cal. fer God's sake!! Why would I think anythings changed overnight?)I checked it out before I went to bed last night too. I checked out NCM's site last night and this am too. What is the definition of obsessed anyway?

Brian, Brian & Jerry...

Too funny!!! Maybe we're all be Twin Sons of Different Mothers (BTW, the name of an actual album by Dan Fogelberg and Tim Weisberg)...or maybe its Quadruplet Sons....whatever...

It is strangely reassuring to know that others share my disease, and that we have found a place to hold our support group.

"But Doctor, is it terminal?"

Just checked it again (10:24 AM, Pacific time), no changes.

I just have this horrible image of Ben or Kenny or J.H. or maybe all three sitting in their offices reading this and maniacally laughing: "BWAH-HAH-HAH! Mildred -- change the web site to show 10 more shipped. Let's REALLY screw with them!" Image

I mean, really -- do you think this same thing happens at the Jackson or Ibanez or Dean guitar forums: "Hey, dude, have they finally shipped that Dimebag Tribute X-3000 yet?"

We are sick, sick puppies....

Well, IMO Jackson, Ibanez, and Dean probably finish and ship a few hundred pieces per day. And good for them, and all that...

Trouble (for them) is, they don't have customers who paid a year or two in advance for those guitars they're shipping each day. So they've got to hope and pray that somebody somewhere will eventually buy their stuff.

The only thing that anybody who makes pointy guitars with a camo finish has going for them is knowing that every day there's a million boys who turn 13 years old. ;-)

Brian, I hope you considered that we just finished our annual summer vacation during which no instruments whatsoever were shipped.

With regard to numbers produced, I know nothing about Ibanez or Dean but at least as of about a year ago, our production was about double theirs.

I just hope there's more than 18 on the production line right now!

And (gulp!) I hope you know, Mr. Hall, sir, that that little joke I made about you guys sitting around the offices screwing with our heads, ya know, that was just, ya know, joking around. That's me....a jolly jokester, Mr. Tons O' Fun. Yes sir. (Rats -- I just KNOW he's down on the factory floor taking an axe to No. 19. Me and my big mouth...)

I see I missed the operative word in my post above . . . let me say it right.

With regard to numbers produced, I know nothing about Ibanez or Dean but at least as of about a year ago, our production was about double Jackson's.

I was just thinking...is there are relationship between being obsessive and paranoid? Not that I would know anything about it...I mean, I'm sure that Kog checks the RIC website WAAAAY more often than I do.

And its people who don't think their paranoid who probably are right? And since I know I'm not...oh, wait a minute, I mean I'm sure I am, uh...no...I think maybe I am...or maybe I could be. Well, I don't care what anyone thinks of me...no really...you do like me don't you? Now stop laughing!

After all, does it matter what other people are thinking about me thinking about being paranoid? Sick puppys? Well, speak for yourself..."No not you Sybil, me...I mean you!"
