Uh-oh! I sold both my early '67 Mustang Bass and my June '71 Musicmaster Bass a few months ago to a local bass player. I picked up the Mustang late 1997, and the Musicmaster late 1983. The neck/fretboard/tuners/logo on the Mustang were in near mint condition. The frets on the Musicmaster had seen better days.

Yeah, I did already. For some reason Musicmaster prices seem kinda on the high side (around $500). I would grab a mustang is it's a beater... This is for my son.

Also thinking about a Fender Bronco, and they made something called a Musicmaster Vista that seems to have gotten good reviews.
