Huh, i'm not surprised about it, Sergio. The thing is, IIRC, "humpbacked" Zaporozhets' design was - ehm - borrowed from some Fiat model. And it was considered "the most silent car" - "cause your knees don't allow any sound access your ears".
Nothing will get you dead quicker than being deadly serious about yourself.
The E type is possibly the finest design in the last 50 years, especially in the Series 1 style. Saying that, I saw a killer V12 convertible in Roman Purple in the UK a couple of years ago..
