Ricky Tuxedo

Post by webhead »

Got a question for anyone out there. I'm not too familiar with the 360 "Tuxedo" model. I thought it had a white body, white headstock, white neck with black nameplate and pickgard. I was surfing Ebay and found this #2553735916. Is this called a "Tuxedo" too?

I think a lot of people call their guitars Tuxedos if they are white with black trim, not realizing that to be a true Tuxedo it needs to have the white fingerboard, too. I've noticed this many times on eBay, and I keep hoping that I see a real one someday!

Yes ma'am, you are correct. The Tuxedo is pretty sharp, I somehow have run into a few in my time.

I think I actually did see one real one on eBay within the last 6 months or so, and it went for a lot of money (way out of my price range)! They are cool looking. I don't even remember if it was a guitar or a bass.

I would LOVE to have a Rick with the Tuxedo finish. I would instantly part with money if I could see one in person!
