Paul, great work. Very interesting watching the change in/to the rosewood throught the various steps. That will be one beautiful guitar when it is all finished and buffed out. Richard you are one lucky puppy! Remember, drooling on the keyboard is not good for the electronics! ;)

OOPS! Thanks for the warning, John! I am running for a roll of paper towels to dry my keyboard off right now....................... Image

That is some exquisite work indeed Image I still can't get over the dramatic change to the rosewood the minute the wood cells get saturated and filled and turn refractive to the light! You are a fortunate man indeed, Richard, to have this guitar on the way...

It's arrived and it's everything that I thought and dreamed it would be and then some.

I want to thank Paul for his outstanding craftsmanship and for helping me realize a dream that started over five years ago. It was at the 2002 NAMM show that I first heard a Rickenbacker acoustic.

I also want to thank John Hall and RIC, who made it possible for folks like me to enjoy Paul's work.

I would hazard that holding that work of Wilczynski-Art feels better to you than holding any old Oscar... Image
