Yes Gordon will be missed. I still laugh at the episode of WKRP when Gordon arranges to have turkeys thrown out of planes as an advertising campaign. "I swear I thought turkeys could fly" was his comment.

I do too Peter. That has to be one of the funniest episodes of any show ever on TV. Gordon was very funny and somewhat under appreciated I think.

Anybody remember Gordon Jump as the "Piece of Chelief" (Chief of Police) on Soap? He was a scream. He was woefully underemployed over the last 15 years. Can't imagine why.

My favorite Gordon Jump-WKRP episode was the one where he was led to believe a payola-taking disc jockey's cocaine was foot powder.
