Issue with 370/12 setup

Post by webhead »

I was wondering if anyone could lend a hand with this. I have a 370/12RM - I just got it- but going up the neck starting with the 10th fret or so, the strings are like a mile off the fingerboard. I tried to adjust the height of the bridge but this doesn't seem to work. It's like I am adjusting those 4 little screws with the supplied allen wrench, but seems like I can screw it all the way down and it does very little. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate the help. Thanks!

Webhead. Go to the seach function and search for setup. The steps for setup are described there. I suspect that a truss-road adjustment is in order. Did you string it with Pyramids?
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm
