Airway Lanes - new band from Oz

No worries there Greg. I have the tickets already and my wife and I will be on that plane. We are looking forward to our trip to Australia. The best part of the trip for us though, will be meeting up with Aitch again and also being introduced to the gang from the forum.

Congrats and good luck on the new venture, Darren. I just watched an Airway Lanes video on Youtube:

Great sound. I'll like it even more with your Ricks.
Let me know when you guys are coming through Chicago. I'll be your tourguide!

Robyn and I hosted Dan and Chris from Airway Lanes for dinner at our house tonight. We've been holding ongoing discussions about the band and my involvement - everything is looking very positive right now.
As I write this post I'm listening to the pre-mastered new album. The guys were kind enough to provide me with a copy which will be closely guarded
Three of the tracks have brought me to tears already. Last time that happened on the first listening of an album was with Jeff Buckley's "Grace". There's not a weak track on the whole CD. Fatboy sounds awesome.
Now I just have to work out how to get the rest of the world to discover how good these guys are. Starting right now.
Jeff, you're gonna handle the Chicago leg of the US tour and John, I'm counting on you to line up some gigs for the band in Virginia.
