Has anyone tried these drivers yet?

The guitar speakers, 12" Celestion clones, are getting rave reviews on the plexi forum.
I'm getting ready to build a 2x15 cab, and these have great specs. The price is great, too!

No experience with any of their speakers, but I know some 'net friends who love them - especially for the price(s). But check out the shipping cost - for two it's not so bad I guess.

You're going to end up with one HEAVY cab though! ;-)

From the looks of it, it resembles an old EV... If it sounds anything close to that, I'd say you made a good choice. And, for that price, I'd jump on it just to find out.

"it resembles an old EV..."
Man, it sure does...that could pass for the original 400 watt EV that came in my old Mesa 1x15 cabs.
