Amber Fire Glow. Was it a popular color?

Was Amber Fire Glow a popular color?

Do you like AFG?

I am still trying to find a blueboy in 620, but I was thinking maybe AFG might be easier to find.

I love my 660 AMF. It's like Fireglo but richer.

My 660 is AFG as well. I love it. Most people think it's the most amazing color that see it.

AFG is definitely one of the best. They just got it right with that combination.

using the off white binding was key on those. if only it had black pg and trc, it would have been perfect. ha

I was hoping they would have made the 360/12C63 in AFG :?

Seems logical to me,it would look so cool too.

I thought the binding was the normal color and the Amber tint in the finishing process is what gives it the yellowish color.

I like my 1996, but for some reason, every 600-series AFG I've seen looks even more appealing to me--I have no idea why, maybe variations in the formula? My '96 has more of an orang-y look to her then the 600s I've seen, which appeared warmer to me. Sorry to bog you all down with all my techno-speak

It was certainly popular with me! I bought a 1996 and a 4003 last year, and they are, so far, my only COY purchases. (Mmm well I guess that would be two years ago now - '06! Time flies...)

How can you tell the difference between fireglow and amber fire glow? For example a 360 I just saw on ebay is labled COY AFG but it just looks like regular fireglow. How can you distinquish the difference? And because its so similiar to fireglow will this affect value, meaning a montezuma brown will be more desireable since its so different. Where as the AFG can look very similiar to just the regular fireglow.

Also if it was the COY, how come I keep seeing people post how they love their 96 AFG? Was it a color used before?
