Just wanted to add that if you're going by price guide...they price for Ex condition....these are beyond that, and prices have definitely risen since last publication.

When I was in the collectibles business...There was a guy who nicknamed himself "Mr Mint". He would pay whatever you wanted for mint condition baseball cards, but would turn down offers for him to buy any lesser condition cards.

The only thing that differs with the musical instrument IMO...is that sound, and playability are determining factors in value as well. But, all Rics sound great... :)

Peter: No I am not a stock investor with ton’s of new found $$$ who is now buying guitars. I been playing music for well over over 30 years and RIC’s have ALWAYS been some of my favorites. In fact, several of my guitars are featured in the Tony Bacon book, The Rickenbacker Book. They have also been published in several Japanese publications.
And trust me, I know exactly the value of my collection!

Gorgeous stuff. I'm just curious what's coming out of the vault for the next round of pictures. :)

So, why do you go by an anonymus way, here in the forum? No need to hide away!?
