ha! i just came into this thread to say: "so when i doubt, try the phone!" i placed my order 5mins ago.

i hadn't had a chance to call during business hours this week.

due to the freight costs being more than the cost of the part , i order 2 handles. if anyone needs one, let me know!

I have oredered from Ohio Travel Bag before. I needed some metal feet for the bottom of guitar cases. They needed a $30 order minimum. I ended up getting 100 pieces :lol:
Also they would sell to other than a business FWIW....

Hm. I just got a handle-less case with my Shadow. But I think it's going to need more work than just a new handle, probably new latches too, so let me do some research tonight to see if I'm going to have to place my own order anyway.
