Hi Greg,Ive got a small problem with my Vox Ad50 2x12.When in Preset position all is well and i can do as the amp says but when i put it into manual mode the amp seems to die ive got no problem when i preset the sound either its only when i put it onto Manual that it loses its power and sustain.Any ideas?

You can try this.
when in manual mode, hit the effect bypass button.
now, hold the "tap" button, and turn the effect knob all the way to "0" I guess it would be, completely counterclockwise.
you should hear more humm or noise depending on the amp settings and such. Anyhow, that's how you adjust the noise suppressor on the amp, and I've noticed that mine tends to go to a fairly high setting as "neutral" so that may account for a loss of sustain.
If your problem is more in depth... well, I'm not the guy you want to talk too!

Thats what ive done exactly i forgot that i was leveling out the sound the other week.Thanks mate
