Thanks everyone for your warm welcome-backs. This place rocks!

My Cii arrived at Mike Parks in late May, after waiting for 3 4/12 years (not much pain though, as my mind was mostly occupied by work and rock'n'rolling).I had Mike send her right away to Sir Curmudgeon to change the dot inlays into gold glitter star inlays that I'd bought from eBay, and then varnish the fingerboard. I just love varnished necks!

Scott, I wanna thank you again for the dual concentric wiring pics uou sent me. Yes I'm definitely going to do it to the Cii. However, I'll keep the pickup switch function, so I can control the sound like I do with my 4001/4003 basses.

John, you look cool with short hair. Excellent choice! Listened to some of your songs. You've got tremendous talent! Keep up the good work and shine.

Hey Jeff, the 4003 FL mod was inspired by me? Man, I'm flattered! I still remember seeing that beautiful pic for the first time, thinking: "Cool mod of Jeff's!"

Joey, I've just realised that I owe you an e-mail! I plead guilty! Yes, that acoustic bass guitar was a Michael Kelly, a 32' scale one. Nice to see you well and rocking!

Thanks again, guys. Feels like coming home!

Paul, good to see you on board again, although I did not know you from your previous tenure. Still sitting on the HB pickups you got from me awaiting your next instructions. They are safe and sound. :D

It's good to see old friends back into the fold. Welcome back Paul! Got any more new pics of your Rick basses? I used this picture of "The Family" as wallpaper for the looongest time:

Yes, alive and kicking! Ah... so good to see all you old and new friends!

Hey Sérgio! As promised, I was gonna be back for good! Glad my coming back gives you a little excitement, heheh.

Bruce, thank you very much for keeping the HB's safe. I'll let you know where to send them in the near future.

Ron, it's my pleasure to know that photo adorned your desktop for a while. No worthy new Rick bass pics yet but here are some pics from my vacation in Bali, Indonesia this past May. Hope they're as interesting as my Rick pics.
