Can you get those boots on line? Does the shop have a web site? they're really cool.

Make sure you get a pair of "drainpipe" style trousers from somewhere so as to properly show off the boots when you wear them! A pair of black (or white for that Brian Jones look) 501s taken to the tailor to have the leg tapered works quite well.

When I ordered my boots, they arrived in about 3-4 days. I was quite surprised at how quickly they arrived!

I have repeatedly tried to contact this place, and they will not respond to my messages or e-mails. I was really looking foward to getting a couple pairs of boots from them but, I gues it's not going to happen.

Karl, sometimes they take a while to get back to people. I remember that I waited a while before they got back to me about ordering. My advice is to be patient, despite it being somewhat frustrating. Their boots are worth the wait.

I can appreciate that, but I was hoping to have the boot's within' 2 weeks for a function I was going to. I really did not think they would drag their feet for a week before shipping. I mean I placed the order a week ago, and they will not respond to e-mails or message's. I mean, they charged my card, but their commonication is severely lacking, if they are swamped I can understand that. But to not even respond, that's no way to do business.

I know the Roots Company (Canadian manufacture) made a Beatle boot in the late seventies/early eighties. Not an exact replica but very good quality boots and an unmistakable reference to the fab four. I still have my pair; I'll dig them out of storage and send a pic.

i agree karl thats no way to do business. i hate when that happens im not slagging them off by any means cos their stuff is amazing so much like the beatles gear but they really should atleast email then u would know where u stand. ive had that happen to me alot and it does get annoying. but lennon 221 is right also the boots are worth the wait hang in there

I finally received an e-mail friday (9/12/08) from them--The boot's shipped on Friday. And I received them yesterday. I have to admit they are great, I am already thinking about a second pair. The boot's are fantastic, I purchased a black pair of the Lennon boot's. They ship fast, I just wish communication had been better but I can't complain.
