Yes, it's that time of year when I ask my Ric friends and family for a little love for my Beatles tribute band The Eggmen. We've won the Austin Music Award for Best Cover Band 6 years now and we'd love to make it 7.

May happen, our lead guitarist is from Akron so who knows. So far the closest we've been is Wash.D.C., which I guess isn't that close! Best I can tell you is there are a few things on youtube including a live "I am the Walrus" with an orchestra, and a montage of "early" set footage put together by a fan.
Speaking of the Eggland Orchestra, we'll be doing a special show here in Austin, with the orchestra, at the Paramount, a nice old theatre downtown. I saw R.McGuinn there several years back.
