Super Bowl Bound Arizona Cardinals!!

Post by mgauction »

We have suffered with this team (owners) since they came here and today is truly a remarkable time in this city! I supposed I am the only AZ forum member here and the majority here that watched the game arte from PA. I am getting the same thrilling chills from 2001, when the Diamondbacks were not supposed to best the Yanks in the World Series!

Go Cardinals!!

I'm a Ram's fan but we won't talk about that.

I have been rooting for the Cardinals in the playoffs though because of Kurt Warner. He seems like a pretty good guy and he got the Rams to a couple of Super Bowls. That being said.........I'm with you on this:

GO CARDINALS!

Mike, I've got to call Kaija and see if she went to the after-game party in Old-Town Scottsdale - she was put on the VIP list. Wasn't sure she'd go if they lost.

Problem was she was packing for a Las Vegas convention for work. Saturday she escorts Dr. Mehmet Oz onstage.
http://www.oprah.com/contributor/health/droz Life sure changed for her since leaving Erie....

Oh, and congrats on your Cards!!

Too bad they had to win on a ****** pass interference NON-call. That Eagles receiver was mugged. Go Steelers.

And speaking of sports, do you realize that there is only 22 days until
pitchers and catchers report to spring training?

I know im looking forward to the World Champion Phillies to repeat again this year, also the Flyers are looking good this year also. Being from Pa, im routeing for the Steelers now that my Eagles blew another great oppertunity, I have been a philly sports fan for over 45 years and am ammuined to the dissapointment each year other than the Phillies this year that the philly teams ussally bring to thier fans.

Naaa, Phillies will be lucky if they dont wind up a Triple-A team by years end.
it's the year of the Yanks.

I just read that - astonishingly - the Yankee payroll for '09 will be LESS than last years. Who'd a thunk it?

That's "World Series Champions". When every other country that plays the sport is involved in the competition, then the winner is the World Champion.

Unless, of course, you believe the world starts at New York and ends at LA....
