My husband got one of these from his uncle. Before he died 2 years ago, he wanted me to see if I could get it in the smithsonian institute and they have accepted it. What I need to know is if you know approximately what it is worth?

The kind like you see here generally sell for $50 - $100 on e-bay. There are some very early models that may be worth more. One of the links posted earlier leads to a complete breakdown of the various design versions through the decades. :)

Still looking for a tuning key, if anyone has a lead on one please let me know :D :D
