My band is going in to the studio next month, but due to several factors we don't get to rehearse as often as we like. To overcome this, we decided to record some guide tracks with the basic parts so everyone can play along with them at home. The bass, singer, keyboardist and drummer got together and recorded their basic parts, then sent the file to me to record guitar bed track. I sent it back without the lead, then threw down the solo in the attached. The performance is rough, the quality is demo level, but I think this will turn out to be a fantastic tune.
Let me know what you think.

PS: this wasn't recorded with my Rick, but I plan on using my 12 string for the 'real' recording.

Re: Waiting
Sounds good, Greg. Kind a reggae feel to the music. Keep us posted to it's progress.

Re: Waiting
Nice groove! I like the dance-hall reverb effect on the lead guitar part. One critical observation - I would have liked to hear the vocal a little louder.
Re: Waiting
The bass and organ really sounds good together Greg and the guitar punctuates as it should..........Oh and the singer has a great voice. I would like to hear what it sounds like at a slightly faster tempo myself.
