The Beatles '63 And A Question?
The Beatles '63 And A Question?

Re: The Beatles '63 And A Question?
I don't know what it is, but it might not be anything specific. It sounds like what might be played in an
early '60s movie, or an episode of Gilligan's Island, as "beat music" - more or less Soundtrack music.
Picture Victor Spinetti as the TV director in A Hard Day's Night:
"Nigel, get the orchestra to put something together for the opening segment. Something really Fab that the kids will dig!"

It sounds like a Joe Meek produced release just can't nail it at moment has traits of The Outlaws, will check.
I am assuming you mean the guitar instrumental George

correct Roy..there are 2 short snips of other music at the VERY start but after as the video follows the Beatles and fans there is a surfy style music being played in the background...royclough wrote:It sounds like a Joe Meek produced release just can't nail it at moment has traits of The Outlaws, will check.

Thanks again for the digging Roy

Re: The Beatles '63 And A Question?
The credit George goes to a guy called Trev Faull and Pipeline magazine, who I contacted, Trev Faull is a leading authority on UK Instrumentals and I had a hunch that if anyoe would know it would be him.
I no longer subscribe to Pipeline one of the things I cancelled when made redundant and never renewed, so good of them to respond.

Finally here is the actual track used. If anyone wants a mp3 of it, just ask.
