I usually use a few pedals, but this time it's just the LP plugged straight into the cranked JMI. Doesn't get better than that.

What I like about a lot of the Fabs' solos is they weren't built around the Chuck Berry/blues licks.

Nothing wrong with those riffs, they built Rock and Roll. But it seems Harrison in particular went to the Carl Perkins school of rock whilst most others copied Chuck B.

This solo by Paul and George's in She's A Woman (very rockabilly) among others are quite unique.

Watching Wes play the Taxman solo affirms it's not easy playing Beatles' solo as well!
