I think it's a cool headstock design but it looks better on the StingRay and Sterling models. I also think this model would look better with a 2+2 headstock deisgn.

I've always liked the Musicman headstock - its definitely unique!
I really like the look (and sound) of the "Big Al". When I have some disposable income (ha!), I may take a more serious look. Unfortunately it doesn't look like its offered in Sea Green...
