Nice Tele, btw...
Well this guitar is sorta like a "Tele +"wj350 wrote:Very cool, congrats! How would you describe the tonal differences over the standard Tele set up?
I've been toying with the idea of either mod'ing my existing partsacaster or finding one of these myself---I've never had the opportunity to play one.

My best friend has a tele just like the one you saw.I love that guitar!I've been bugging him for 5 year to sell it to me but no dice. That is why I bought this one as soon as I saw it.The shop I bought it at had just taken it in on a trade 20 minutes before I walked in the door.I was lucky because if I hadn't come in just then I am sure it would be gone before I laid eyes on it.Every time I ask them if they have any used teles they either say "nope" or "We just sold one".jch wrote:Congrats Mitch!
Funny ,there's one very similar in my local pawn shop,Cash Converters!
Candy red but no fat bucker ,still nice for £345.
Thanks Bill.Yeah I think it is a pretty cool guitar.wj350 wrote:Mitch, thanks, I'm really intrigued now. Oh, on the case, I'd probably use some black duct tape, then maybe cover it with a cool sticker.
Congrats again!
