I know nothing about 350s, and I don't even really want to buy it (OK, then, my bank won't LET me buy it...). But am intrigued by that bridge pickup and the fact that there is no serial on the jack socket...

I couldn't work out what it was that made me uneasy when I originally posted, but I'm a little more sure now...It's the contrast between the 'I know about Rics' comments such as 'i find standard ricks too small in the neck - the only one that i like next to this is the 660', the 'well I'm not sure if it's real or not' ones like 'Im pretty confident this is not a copy' and the frankly disingenuous like 'The guitars got a 24 fret neck (with standard glossed front finish) which is unusual as ricks go'.
Call me suspicious if you like...it's probably the one John Lennon bought on the second visit to Hamburg and gave to Stu Sutcliffe...

what Jeff said - the pickguard is wrong. also, the formation of the knobs doesn't seem right... but those could both just be due to a custom pickguard.
the headstock looks too short (or wide), and the nameplate too tall (and pointy?).
aside from that, and it lacking a serial number on the jack plate, and the fret inlay dots being too big, and the other things people have mentioned so far... it seems kind of genuine to me!
