Schallers work fine for me and fit perfectly on Ricks.

Would probably be good for the vintage type strap bolts on Ricks.

When I play guitar, I usually stand up, and have a strap ON.

I actually have seen and used something very similar (if not the same) ... it was a strap that came with a guitar I bought. Initially, I thought it was a good idea and used it on my Höfner Beatle bass, but one day when I put the bass on, the plastic 'keeper' broke, and that was the end of the strap.

No, I had time to catch it ... thank goodness it's a featherweight!

Ill stick with Schallers for straplocks, but I have found a locking Planet Waves strap that works very well, and feels really secure:

(yes, I know it's Guitar Center ... it's a link I knew!)
