Re: "ART" ON EBAY
And the artist's Eyetalian name is a banned word around here...the accent is on the SECOND syllable, and the spelling is unfortunate....
Re: "ART" ON EBAY
Paul, you have to admit it's a bit ironic that even you got caught by the RR word police, eh?
(personally, I thought there was absolutely nothing wrong with that word..... but then thats just me)

I'm lost. Italian? The artist has an English first name and a German second name. I can't for the life of me why either "John" or "Froehlich" could be offensive.
Mind you, I won't comment on the print itself as that would almost certainly result in a few asterisks!

All he has to do is paint a more generic guitar and it can be "anyone you want it to be". I'd like to order a Bon Jovi please.

Actually, I expected it, Kent. But Peter was kind enough to notify me of complaints before changing my MUCH more colorfully descriptive title.brammy wrote:Paul, you have to admit it's a bit ironic that even you got caught by the RR word police, eh?(personally, I thought there was absolutely nothing wrong with that word..... but then thats just me)

I'd seen this guy advertising this print before. It hasn't gotten any better with subsequent looks...

With all due respect to Peter, I find it very difficult to believe that anyone actually complained about that word.Actually, I expected it, Kent. But Peter was kind enough to notify me of complaints before changing my MUCH more colorfully descriptive title.
