And right you are, Roy! Sir Douglas himself from his 1971 LP "The Return of Doug Saldana". One of my all-time favorite singers/songwriters/musicians. Well done!

Wow! listening again I can hear it... I basically know his country and Tex-Mex stuff... this was a nice one.

Dug Sahm -- whom we lost 10 years ago on 11/18 -- was a multi-layered musical talent. The man is considered the epitome of Texas music by many and holds a place in the hierarchy of musicians that called The Lone Star State home. The track I supplied , "The Gypsy", is one of my favorites!
