Yeah, that's why I didn't bite on one last year - chunky neck. I like 'em slim. But the tuner function is amazing. 8)

How about a video? I love to see it doing its thing, even if I still can't quite understand what it's real value is...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Meh, I'll get around to it eventually. You see one black SG you've seen 'em all, in my book. But I'll be sure to get to it. I really hope I can make time to do a video. Seeing it in action is way cooler than any pic could capture.

Cool vid! OK, I'm not sure just how useful one of these would really be, but I'm nerdy enough that I think it's WAY cool! I can see how it would be great for changing to non-standard tunings and such. Unfortunately, if I had one, I'd never get any playing done, I'd just be fiddling with it just to watch it turn the knobs and flash the lights! Good thing I'm not a guitar player...

Not to worry CJ, they'll never come out with a bass model - the motors would have to be the size of a small chainsaw.
Because I told you before- oh, you can't do that.

I hate to sound like a neoludite curmudgeon. Why do we need this, again?

I'd love it if the guitar player in my band got one of these. Half of our set time is wasted by his tuning between every song.

I saw the prototype in Nashville...NASTY 2-stroke fumes spoiled the fun, but the pop-pop overrun sound was fun to listen to, along with the twaaannnggg-SNAP! of strings breaking.

I understand Honda was offered this, but turned it down. Poulane, too. :D

Aw, come on! Us farm boys know how to handle that, we'd just rig it up to run off the tractor's PTO...

That's part of the reason I got mine. Busted my a** getting to the store between work and practice last night then couldn't use it becuase it needed to charge!

Jason, it sounds like you were given a tuning.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm
