Aerosmith
Aerosmith
Bought a compilation album by the band led by Steven Tyler and Joe Perry. Who here is/are Areosmith fan(s)?
I like Joe Perry's guitar tone. What guitars and amps has he used over the years?
I first heard about Steven Tyler after he made a cameo on an episode from the fourth season of "Two and a Half Men" (Who Is This Vod Kanockers?), where he not only showcased/warmed up his vocals (to irritate Charlie Sheen), but also played some mean blues harmonica, and beat up Charlie Sheen.

Re: Aerosmith
Aerosmith hasn't done anything decent since the early '90's.
Joe Perry has played all kinds of different guitars, but I'd associate him most with a Les Paul. I've also seen a lot of pictures of him with a Dan Armstrong lucite guitar.

I'm a fan of early Aerosmith. Saw them on the Toys In The Attic tour - twice!

Re: Aerosmith
Their first four albums are great; after that, not so much.
When I first started playing guitar in '77 I was in a band that did mostly Aerosmith tunes.

Can we have everything louder than everything else?

Re: Aerosmith
I loved Aerosmith up to the album "Draw The Line". After that, the only album I could listen to was Pump.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS!

The general public thinks the OG is a fine Italian restaurant.blueflamerick wrote:winston wrote:Let's maybe see what the general public thinks of them.

Re: Aerosmith
Well based on two visits over a couple of decades (the second time kicking and screaming) I have come to think the OG is the McDonalds of Italian restaurants.
Aerosmith made a lot of money and so has McDonalds. What does that say about the average consumer? That was a rhetorical question.

Re: Aerosmith
Were are some pictures I took of the Band from the Toys in the Attic tour. The pictures are from Kalamazoo, Michigan, May 23rd, 1975. Once again, I apologise for the quality, but the only camera I had back then was a Kodak 110 Instamatic,
