Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere, but I just came across this.
Looks very interesting.

There's no mention of polyphonic tuning for 12 string guitars though.

Very interesting! It would be nice to do a direct comparison with the Peterson Stroboflip I have.
Another interesting tuner that I'd like to check out is the Turbo Tuner.

The Polytune does look very interesting. While poking around the TC website, I noticed that it has a USB connector on the back, but I couldn't find any info on what that might be used for.jps wrote:Very interesting! It would be nice to do a direct comparison with the Peterson Stroboflip I have.

Here's a link to a StroboStomp/Turbo Tuner comparison - the Turbo Tuner's tracking speed seems remarkable (in the second half of the clip):

Mostly selling for £75 in the UK Rob.Still if your guitar is slightly out in all strings you are going to have to tune them all anyway. Also when anyone tunes up on stage isnt it called a beer break?

Re: TC Polytune.
TC makes some quality stuff, including the VoiceLife vocal generator. I've been fooling around with a VoiceLive for harmony. It does some odd things...and besides something like 99 factory patches, it's fully programmable.
There is one patch that gives you an octave below your voice. It is 100% natural, too, none of that nasty "Autotune" garbage.
Weirdly, Juliana, my 12-year-old daughter, when she uses this octave drop feature, sounds exactly like me. She had it plugged into the PA, and called my wife, who came downstairs and asked me what I needed...
When I use it, it sounds like A. Schwartzenegger.
I also use their small mike-stand monitors. Cast aluminum, self-powered, and bulletproof.

Got to get me a couple of those.
