Thanks for sharing, John. I'd missed it too. Was it shown during the pre-game show?

Did you notice Pete's shirt came creeping out and he kept pushing it behind the Strat so he could play...

4th Quarter I think....it was definitely after half time and later in the game. I was wondering if I had missed it since I had visited Bizarre Guitar a week ago and knew it was coming...beatlefreak wrote:Thanks for sharing, John. I'd missed it too. Was it shown during the pre-game show?

Re: Townshend and Daltrey Superbowl Half Time Show
I might be in the minority to say the best part of The Who performance in the half-time show that was solid from start to finish was the bassist, I think was Pino Palladino and the drummer.
And I not ragging on Townshend's tone because everything said F*nd*r on it, but his tone did not sound "The Who" enough to me.

Re: Townshend and Daltrey Superbowl Half Time Show
The bassist was indeed Pino and the drummer was Zak Starkey. Two of the best in the business right now (IMO) Joey.

I mean, do people REALLY watch the telecast for the game??
BTW.... great to see the Saints win their first piece of hardware. Wonder if they have a trophy cabinet.....
