Julian comes up with some good ones every once in a while. Based on some of his posts and his musings therein, he seems like a genuinely nice man. He is a credit to the Lennon legacy IMHO :D

One of my favorite phrases that I associate with John Lennon (although it probably didn't originate with him) is "Be Here Now". I use it as a reminder to occasionally stay in the moment and for the same reasons as the posting from Julian above.

I agree that he seems like a nice fellow.
