Well, with the amount of debt EMI and Terra Firma (or whatever the investor bank's name is) have it's not that weird they'd want to sell something. But their most valuable recording studio? Insane, really... almost as bad as making Parlophone a subsidiary of Capitol... oh, wait, they already did that
