Maybe it's just me but the first tune reminds me of the Monkees ..the vocals on the second one Jefferson Airplane..Rickenback sitting on I See The Light

Boy, it's been a while since hearing the Five Americans.
These guys played my cousins Senior prom in Wichita Falls, TX in 1965, and then three months later they opened for the Beatles in Houston.
