Geez, they look as if they were right out of a washing machine. Even Billy Adamson.
Nice sound. And Mike Pender's got blue eyes, that's cool.
Did they play "Infatuation" that night?

Great video -- and another new-to-me song that I have come to just love!! Unbelievable -- of the 'original' Searchers, Mike, John, Chris and Tony all have/had blue eyes! That is beyond COOOOOL!! Thanks for pointing out Mike's eye color, Sheena. :) He was the one I was missing that fact.

I think it'd be easier to point out the Searchers' members with different eye colour. Not sure about Frank Allen, but, as it seems, all the other members and ex-members have (or had, if we talk about those who have passed away) either blue or grey eyes (bearing in mind that blue eye colour sometimes turns to grey with age).

Sheena, I am starting to think there are a lot of blue-eyed people in UK? Tony and Mike both having dark hair with blue eyes -- that's a striking combination! No surprise about Chris and John being blue-eyed, as both have/had lighter hair.

Here, on the US side of the pond, blue eyes and fair hair go together. Brown/dark hair usually go with brown eyes (me).

So, Roy, what color are Frank's beautiful eyes??? :) Or if anybody else is lucky enough to KNOW, please shout it out and humor the women folk in the room. Thank you!!

Not only UK, many "Northern" countries as well, my home country included (usually "go with" fair or brown hair, that is right). Dark hair going with blue or grey eyes is for some reason considered "aristocratic" or a "breed characteristic" by some, even though it's not as rare as fair/blond hair going with dark eyes.
Um, yeah, music. (whining) "Blue eeeyes, look my way, make today my lucky daaay..."

Don't understand this eye colour obsession! But, according to the inlet following the 30th anniversary collection: Tony Jackson had grey eyes. In my eyes (blue, I think), that doesn't make him a less respectable man! Sorry for disturbing this blue eye symmetry, but couldn't resist!

Sorry, but I'd be paying more attention to the color of Lulu's eyes...

In the U.S. there is a saying "The Eyes are the Window to the Soul" -- it's just kind of :) fun :) to know the eye color of ones heroes. I remember that Frank Sinatra was called "Ole Blue Eyes" -- why that seemed to be important? I have no idea. We don't have the class system here, so I don't agonize that my eyes are brown.

In the U.S. there is a saying "The Eyes are the Window to the Soul"
Here we say, "the eyes are the mirror of the soul", mean "a mirror" reflecting human soul.
Maybe the colour is not that important, Einar. But, to my khaki/olive "seeing devices", it is. Cause dark eyes are more "speaking" (so to speak) per se. Therefore "speaking" eyes of light colour are sort of a rare thing that is striking. And when it comes to eye colour, it is sometimes hard to say "grey" from "blue". Something to do with optics, methinks, but i'm not a specialist.
Of course, this has nothing to do with music, but still... still.

Well stated, Sheena! Thank you for taking the time. :)

I'll take it, Sheena! Thank you! For some reason, maybe because I'm on laptops, I can't see the eye colors -- and Frank has such beautiful eyes, it's nice to know what color they are! :)
