I suspect it's a Hofner 12 string. The headstock is a bit strange though. The pickguard shape seems about right for a Hofner though. Custom made maybe?

It could also be a Hoya 12 string, but I cant find any pics of 60's models. They were terrible guitars btw.

I recall seeing this footage at a "Midnight Matinee" back in the '70s - I think the film was called "Jimi Hendrix" and was from the early '70s ('73 or '74??). Shows that regardless what some people say about Jimi, the man could play -- effects pedals or not.
