I loved so many of those Don Kirshner Rock Concerts! Thanks to Don for bringing many of my favorite rocks bands to my TV set. R.I.P. Don.

Midnight special was eagerly anticipated in my house. This is indeed a sad day. A legitimate music business good guy. Guys like him and Ahmet Ertegun are being replaced by the Simon Cowell's of the world...

I spent Thanksgiving weekend in a beach house in Mexico watching DVD's of the old shows. RIP Don-and THANKS!
