I'd get a Plexi, if I were going to use Marshall at all...something about Hiwatt draws me more to them...

Actually, if I could afford it, I'd go for the Reeves 225. :D

I think I'd rather have a proper JMP or JCM800 before a Plexi any day. Owned one and played through a few "Holy Grail" ones, and just wasn't feeling it.

Not after you play through it :lol:

Maybe it'll work for you, but the few different ones we sold, and the one the other guitarist in the band had, were muffled and anti-dynamic. Wrong execution of the right idea to me. Maybe the one you're looking at sounds better, never can tell 'till ya plug it in with a Marshall, IMO.
