Accent vibrato - arm only

Post by 8mileshigh »

Does anyone know where I can get an arm for my accent vibrato? It seems crazy that these can no longer be purchased without buying the whole unit as you often see Ricks for sale with arms missing?

I feel your pain, my brother. You used to be able to get these (and the screws and washers, too). These are all items that can reasonably be expected to disappear over time. It boggles the mind that these aren't available.

You should note, though, that the arms have changed through the years and/or across models. I have a vintage (mid-60's) arm that's longer than the new ones. You can see a picture here. The new one seems to fit my 625 pretty well, while the older one is a bit long.

And to answer your question: watch eBay or steal one from a store model.
You want to put that where?
