Nice vocals Carmen! Very Bobby Gillespie I thought. Although the tempo was a bit slow to my ears..........I'm probably brainwashed by the original. Good job

The playing and singing is very good. The guitar solo is quite a nice departure from McGuinn's. The arrangement is good and straightforward, the way it should be. I agree with Graham that the tempo ought to be increased.

I like it with the current tempo - it's a nice change of pace!
The band I was in back in the '70s did something similar with our cover of Alice Cooper's "Eighteen" and it wound up being a crowd-pleaser.

That's why I picked that tempo. Change of pace and it caused me to sing in a sadder tone.doctorwho wrote:I like it with the current tempo - it's a nice change of pace!
